Blocked Nazal Passage?

Uh Hey people

I just have a bit of a concern with my fattie Dottie :)

She sneeezes alot at one time but nothing comes out and sounds the equivalant of a cold and i'm a bit worried.

Her poops have been normal and she's very active so i'm just wondering if there is a way to stop this because i've just figured out that it sounds like her "nose" is blocked.

Thanks

Anything respiratory should be seen by a vet. Meantime take Neats advice about the warmth and hospital cage and make a vet appointment.

I hope she is going to be okay... To provide heat, use a lamp with a 25-40watt globe and shine it into her in her (hospital) cage.

The sneezing could also be from something irritating the nasal passage, like dust for example. Is she moulting???

No she's not moulting

:) we can't afford a vet at the moment and the vets would be closed will have to wait untill morning.

Is the sneezing all the time or here and there they do sneeze if they get a shell us their nose but if you see nasal discharge, brown above the nasal passages then an avian vet must be seen, call the avian vet explain the situation, I believe an excellent vet is one that puts the money factor aside works out a payment plan because the health of the animal comes first.
