My bird sometimes makes a crunching sound from inside her beak , is this normal ? :hap:

All mine do it. I think it is just them grinding their beaks.

I agree, just them giving it a "trim". It's very healthy :hap:

Apart from giving it a "trim" it is kind of a fact (i think) that they do it when preparing for sleep or rest

I got told that they do it when they are 'content' so yes it would happen around eating and sleeping times.
