Is it normal for a male and female budgie to bicker and is there such thing as a peaking order for budgies?

But what is its the male bird, my bird is turning 4 next weekend and my female is about 6-7 weeks old.

As she gets older will the pecking order change??

It doesn't matter what the pecking order is as long as they are not constantly fighting and hurting each other. The boy will probably be boss for now, but it may change later

if they are bickering a lot I would suggest having 2 feed bowls and water bowls, though it is normal to have a moderate amount if you are having it every moment then something needs to be changed like the cage set-up, how big it is etc...
