One of my birds is molting and I've noticed that she's not as active anymore. Is this normal when birds are molting?

Yes just keep her warm and keep an eye on her poos and continued quiet behavior. I noticed Merlin became more quiet too but I really kept on eye on him so it didn't get worse.

:) Yes, tired and lethargic is normal. :D

Like Phoebe said Tired and Lethargic is normal during a molt Some females will be more bitty too and the ones that talk will be more quiet.. It is because they are going thru incresed physical strain Best to Be kept warm quiet and plenty of nutritionious foods . Until the molt is over ...

Some of them so so sick with moulting that they dont eat, also. So do keep an eye on them for signs of poopy bottoms and not eating. Some moulting aid helps them through as well :)
