we do not have snow where i am so you go camping anytime but it is cold in winter, we just take lots of blankets and wear beanies and jackets. it is nice when it is cold to sit around the campfire and toast marshmallows, drinking hot chocolate.the kangaroo was reaching up to get the food my son had in his hand.

Well, I live in Geelong, and haven't got around to getting some local beach pics yet, I spend most of my childhood holidays at my grandparents farm in country victoria, but haven't got around to finding them yet... so, I've posted some photos I took last april when I went on two '3 day' hiking holidays of Tasmania... one was on the East coast- Frecinet National Park and the other was on the West Coast/ Central- Cradle Mountain.

WOW there are so many wonderful pictures that I can't comment in them all but I see a little bit of AU in the U.S. too when you go to different states you can see the diversity from state to state and from country to country. Just beautiful and breathtaking, you don't realize it when you live in the same 4 walls and then you see other pictures and reality is that there are so many wonderful places to visit and see.

Wow,some fantastic photos.... seeing some arid areas and suburban areas. I must go through some of my photos. Here are a couple that I already have on photobucket that were taken in Burswood Park near the centre of Perth: (I may have posted these before... but the post is no longer online.
