Hi, just a quick question. Is it normal or wierd for Kaluah (female budgie) to be eating from Cookie's (male tiel) mouth? It only started today and Cookie doesnt seem to mind. :budgiedance:

I wouldn't strictly say it's normal as i also have budgies and weero's housed together in an avairy... but hey, like they say, If it's not broke, don't fix it... so aslong as no-ones getting hurt, i'm sure it's fine :yellowhead: must be cute to see :budgiedance:

I have a girlfriend that her budgie fed her tiel when a tiel is brought up with budgies many a times that is what he thinks he is a budgie and the budgie accept him/her so it is not as uncommon I think as many times not spoken. :rip:

I wouldn't be to worried, they are just confused as to who is a budgie/cockatiel etc... the feeding part is normal, a pair of my budgies do it all the time. It is great they get along so well.
