January 9, 200817 yr Author Thank-you for the warm welcome. Welcome to the site Bev, Looks like a great set up there and your Spangles a nice birds (sorry they are my fave) The 'lonely one' is interesting, any other pictures of the parents, showing the back of Dad? I will try to get a photo of him tomorrow. I was told he was a texas clearbody. The photo doesn't do his colour any justice. My Father-in-law tried to get him off me but I told him the best I could do was give him a baby from him.
January 9, 200817 yr great to see your flock and welcome to the forums... your "lonely one" is so cute!
January 10, 200817 yr Author Hope this is good enough for you to see. He doesn't like to show his back He is actually a really bright yellow and Green. Edited January 10, 200817 yr by BEV
January 11, 200817 yr Thank you BEV that confirmed what I was thinking he was. A Texas Clear body. Although the baby has very pale wings where they should be normal strength of colour I'm thinking it might be one as well.
