Pellets

Hi all,

We had a Lorikeet not long ago and we still have the pellets that we were feeding her: 'Passwell Parrot Pellets'.

It says it's for Cockatoos and Parrots but it doesn't says anything about Budgies?

I'm not going to give it to them until I know for sure. :)

I would use pellets specifically made for budgies you may find that the protein content in the larger pellets are higher which would not be good for your budgies kidney's, I personally would not feed them unless I did a comparison on the % of protein, fat etc...on a budgie formulated pellet.

:ygbudgie: They do have the pellets out in different sections of the store so there must be some reason for that, quite often budgie and cockatiel pellets are of the same packaging but certainly not the larger parrots. :D
