Perches...steady and stable or wobbling around 1. My Ages are about 6months-3years you should not be breeding with any birds younger than 12 months. Any that are 6 months should not be in an aviary with nestboxes in it, nor in a breeder cage 2. My Breeding cabinet is in the aviary 3. my nesting boxes are high and they are a bit close too close will mean fights over nestboxes and eggs not being sat on as others will stop the mother hen from going into her own nestbox to sit on and incubate the eggs 4. i have several things to give babies and mother Ect: Baby food,Silverbeat,Budgie Mix,Corn and normal food 5.My Breeding is outside i have 4 breeding cages in the aviary and 4 nesting boxes in the aviary colony breeding...nestboxes in the aviary....will always be a problem for successful breeding 6.They Getting A lot why ? interuptions do not help 7.They Mosly steady and stable all have to be steady and stable. Wobbly perches stop the pair mating properly Thanks For Your Say Regards, Nathan M
October 12, 200717 yr You need double the number of nestboxes than you have of pairs. But I would say that you are not ready to be breeding. Your birds are too young and you don't seem to have researched.
