today l went to pick up Sky & Sweety around 1 pm . it was a little tough because l knew how much he loved his birds and how hard it was for him to let them go but he told me he is glad that he knows they are going to a great loving home .

the drive home was not to bad since we only live 12 minutes away from one another . here are a few picks l took of them when l first got them in my house .

they are both about 3 years old , he got them in October 2004 when they where young .

it is their 3rd day with me and they both seem to be adjusting very well .

l'm so excited to introduce them to the rest of my flock but that will have to wait for 5 weeks .
