February 22, 200718 yr Author Thanks Paul. It's encouraging to say the least. I even had what I think are better birds at home, but some were in breeding cabinets and others had moulted and lost tail feathers. ***************************************************************** This little baby....from Sampson and Delilah ( the one with the rickets problem ) has leapt out of the nesting box 7 times today so far and still hasn't got all its feathers !! I have decided to call it kamikaze after the suicide bombers. I have since put a tray of spongy wood shavings down under the nestbox hole for the next time he/she jumps out Edited February 22, 200718 yr by Bubbles
