I was wondering if birds that have escaped from the cage, will return.

As my son left the feeder door slightly open and both birds that were in that cage have flown away. I have lost my English cock and my plain green budgies...the female was with my mother for a long time. I am hoping that they will return.

Yes they are known to return. I have replied to your other post on the same topic. :(
