Posted January 28, 200718 yr l have been giving my budgies frozen (unthawed) veggies everyday for the past week and they never really ate them (they like fresh) however , today they actually did eat their veggies and they all seemed to really enjoy them , l'm so happy that they ate their veggies sorry for a few blurry pics ( l realized afte that l had the camera on the wrong setting )

January 29, 200718 yr How cute they are digging in! Fresh vegetables are almost a luxury at this time of year, at one place I went to the other day (major chain) romaine lettuce was selling for $4!!! Got one elsewhere for just over $2 and it looked a lot better.

Got one elsewhere for just over $2 and it looked a lot better. that is so true , they other day l wanted to buy some asparagus , l was shocked to see they where selling them for $5.00 a bundle :fear , the bundles where so small and not even worth it so l ended up not getting them .
