You were too close when taking the picture.

I would suggest female too judging from the shape of the eyes & head.

A better picture but I am leaning toward female right now.

I'd say male because it looks like it has already molted.. I would expect a whiter cere for a female -- but based on the picture, I don't know.

It looks wayy mroe pink, as i had to resize it :D So colours changed a but but it looked like your new babies :D

Hi Budgie lover, I am leaning towards female too. You should be able to tell definitely one way or the other if it goes into breeding condition.

its real hard to take a picture of it and im sorry about the bad pictures but he bobs his heads and trys stepin on my other male i dont know what to say

Here is an example of a male budgie cere when they are young you can compare.

 

I am leaning toward female but if you used a flash it could be male.

 

Here is Pretty my recessive and you can see the flash does wash it out but closer it is very pink
