Yes I would have to agree on two things:

1. She is a yellowface 2 opaline violet spangle

2. She is a goreous cutey pie

could their be some pied in her? there is a small patch on the chest of yellow is that pied or just the flow through from the yellow face?

Sco-tie looking at the shot of her back I can't see any head spot. I think the patches on her chest are from her flying.

Yes I think those patches are from the down feathers just showing while she's flying like Nerwen said. I Think this happens because the feathers aren't sitting like they should when they are just perching so therefore showing the down feathers at full stretched of the wings.
