Posted January 1, 200718 yr Greetings everyone, We are flock of many. Budgie breeding flock is aprox 38. They are a lovely colorful and chatty flock in outside aviaries filled with plenty of toys and foraging areas (and of course protection from the weather). I have more males than females right now so my single males are in a seperate aviary we call the 'bachelors club'. We also have an aviary of 4 lovebirds. They are such clowns!! In addition to our outdoor flocks we have 7 parrots ranging from 3 yrs old to 31 yrs old. Our four footed members consiste of three dogs, 1 cat and a horse oh yes and my husband I am currently pondering the continuance of my breeding flock and have posted to the breeders forum regarding that but wanted to also say hello and introduce myself. January 1, 200718 yr Hi again and welcome! Sounds like you've got a lovely flock. I think it's wonderful when people go that little extra and add toys to their aviaries. I'm a firm believer that aviary/breeding budgies need all the things an indoor budgie would need. I know a lot of members here do that as well. What species are your other parrots? I'm assuming you mean parrots of the larger-than-budgie variety. I would love to see pictures of your flock!
January 1, 200718 yr Thank you My indoor flock is a severe macaw, 2 iliger's macaws, 2 military macaw's, an umbrella 'too and the loudest most annoying sun conure in the history of the known world named Daisy a.k.a LoudBird. Haven't figured out the picture posting thing but when I do I will post pics for you!

January 3, 200718 yr Welcome to the forums! I can't wait for pics. Are you using Photobucket to host your photos? It has an option to edit photo size :sad: Any photo editing program should be able to do it as well.
