July 22, 200618 yr I have heard of and going to try the technique of millet training. My budgie bites too. I have been wearing a glove lately. My plan is to wear the glove until she stops biting altogether. I just ignore her nips and go on finger training her. She is perched on my shoulder right now. Millet is a type of seed used as a treat. I will offer it to her and gradually get my finger closer and closer to her. This is teaching her that my hand is freindly. I suggest you try the same thing. Goodluck!
