Posted July 10, 200618 yr I got a new budgie yesterday and thought I'd post some pics to show him off . I am pretty sure he is a boy, the man at the store said so but you can never be sure, and if you think otherwise let me know. I have two names I really like, Baz and Mac, but if you think of any others I'm open for suggestions. Here he is: http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g74/4them/Baz-Closeup.jpg http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g74/4them/Inhiding.jpg http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g74/4them/Onthecouch.jpg http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g74/4the...dingwithCDs.jpg Edited July 10, 200618 yr by Rainbow
July 10, 200618 yr I agree boy that is what Pretty's cere looked like when I got him I like Mac myself too :fear, he is a super cute baby.
July 10, 200618 yr (Laughing out loud) thats my favourite budgie name!!! I had a skyblue opaline named Mackie after i horse i use to ride who died in accident... I owned Mac's (the budgies) parents, and his siblings and him were created, but i already kept Chico... from the previous clutch, so i sold Mackie and all his siblings... The moral of story, picture the name Mac! Its adorable, and is great name :fear (Laughing out loud) Kirby
July 10, 200618 yr I like Mac as well, he is adorable, looks a lot like Jasper a Recessive Pied, beautiful bird you have there.
July 10, 200618 yr I'm going to go against the flow and guess he is a she. Just in case, you might think of a gender-neutral name. Although I don't think s/he will mind what you call him/her.
July 11, 200618 yr I was thinking the same thing Rainbow. But there are girl names that can be shortened to Mac.
July 11, 200618 yr I'd say girl too - I love the picture of her on the cd rack, that is just gorgeous 8798
July 12, 200618 yr I remember Pretty's cere and it was very confusing because of the white nasal rings it was a split call too, many said wait until he molts.
July 13, 200618 yr Here are some more, hope they work: http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g74/4them/Mac-Perch2.jpg http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g74/4them/Mac_perch1.jpg http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g74/4them/Mac-Perch3.jpg http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g74/4them/Mac-Perch4.jpg His dropping were a bit runny the first couple of days, due to stress, hense the stains on his.. um, bum. These photos also show the colour of his cere better. AHA! I just realized why the first pics won't work. I'll post them again. http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g74/4the.../Onthecouch.jpg http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g74/4the...dingwithCDs.jpg http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g74/4the...es/Inhiding.jpg http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g74/4the...dgies/Stuck.jpg
July 13, 200618 yr aww too cute! Mac is a great name, when I was a kid we rescued a cockatoo and named him Mac, he had no feathers, he'd pluck them out constantly, they said at the time it was from stress of losing his mother when he was really young but he had a great personality. With all those hiding pictures maybe you should call him Boo (Laughing out loud)
July 13, 200618 yr Photo one says BOY and photos two and three says GIRL. What say we call it a SHE-MALE
