Has anybody tried this for their birds? You first have them try it in a separate dish and then put it with their regular food. It can be stored in the refrigerator for one week. Though will have to let it warm up to room temp before putting it in with regular food.

They had this at Sundance Feed and Seed, so I thought I would have my birds try it. Far as I know they love most things I give them. Maybe they will love this and I can get more. Right now I'm going to be giving them the apple and carrot variety. They had a few others.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has seen it in other stores and have tried it on their birds.

1 out of my 9 budgies tried this and Ive tried several varieties all went to waste. But I know birds that love it aswell.

Ive got some of the parrot variety for Monty so hopefully he will be more grateful for it hehe.

My two wouldn't go near it! That said, my two are VERY cautious when it comes to new foods. If yours are a bit more adventurous it might well be more successful.

Mine eat it every day for breakfast. They absolutely love it. It took about 3 weeks for them to try it, but now it doesn't matter which flavor I use. They complain if they don't get it. :)

Mine LOVE it! Geez mine are definitely on the "cool! Let's try this!" side. They like the apple/carrot variety. Don't know what it is about mine that love trying new things. (Laughing out loud)! As far as I know they like it and will eat it with their regular food. I guess baby budgies are a little more willing to try new things or maybe it's the personalities of mine. I have no idea!

:)
