Haha my little Tycho thinks he is a lorrie.

Whenever a lorrie flies past screaming and screeching, you will know what im talking about if you live in aus, he calls back and now he has even mimiked them! luckily he is not as loud as them. does anyone elses birds do this?

how cool, we don't have them here in the US where I live but we do have a variety of song birds and neither have started to mimic them yet.

:(Laughing out loud): :(Laughing out loud): You are lucky Tycho thinks he is just a lorikeet. My Tweetie thinks she is a crocodile at the moment  . Likes taking big chunks out of me.

I'm hoping it is only because she is in a heavy moult and a bit horney to boot. Never mated her, but maybe I willl have to.

When we first brought Stitch home he loved to whistle to the outside birds, he still likes to make pigeon noises every now and then .. sort of cooing type noises.

I think there maybe a lost pet in the trees near our house too because it's started to mimic our budgie wolf whistling.

charlie has mimiced my canarys like screaming noise and i can never tell who it is :P and he randomly just picks up words and starts saying them and muddles them up so i dont know what he says
