get my budgie to fly to me for just sitting on me or for like millets how can i get them to do this?

Feed them with millet in you hand first, while they are on the perch, so they get used to that. Then slowly increase the distance of your hand from the perch, so that if they want millet they will have to jump. Then each day increase that distance a little more. Call out their name and say "up" each time you want them to come too. Then when they come to your hand. Put the millet on your shoulder and say a different command such as "shoulder". They will fly to your hand a first, but they will get the hang of it.

 

This is what I do with my budgie, he hasn't quite got the hang of the shoulder one yet though.
