  1. Hi, Is it necessery for budgies to mate many times to get fertilized eggs in the clutch or only one mating is enough? I am doing colony breeding due to lack of space and other males always disturb the mating, so many of the matings are unsuccessful. I can put the question in this way too. Mating once will fertelize one egg or the whole eggs that will be laid later on. Thanks,
  2. I have a green lacewing hen and I paired it with an opaline d. pied cobalt cock. As i would not be able to get any visual lacewings from this pairing, and cocks will be split lacewing. What is your recommendation, I mean what chicks will be best from this outcome to pair back with the hen? Thanks,
  3. Thanks KAZ. So the answer is YES.
  4. Hi, Can we get Normal split albino cocks from this pariing? Normal split Albino Cock to Normal Hen. Thanks,

Hi Everyone. My name is Tariq and I live in Kabul, Afghanistan. Today I joined this forum and hope I would be able to use experiences of other members to take better care of my budgies. Since I was a child my father used to have budgies, so I am in touch with budgies for the last 20 years. Currently I have 20 budgies all pet types. Thanks,
