I am now convinced it is a male and I think the green marking on its head was a way to tell the difference between it and the other budgies as when I first bought him I was told that he had been tamed by the shop keeper. I dont think he's ill so im not sure what the brown is but thank you all for your help! Could someone tell me what colour a female lutinos ceres is?

This is a picture of when I first ought him. Notice the green on his head. This has now gone and in its place there is some brown. What is this due to? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
