Hello My name is Fiona and I live on the Sunshine Coast in Qld. I absolutely love budgies and have 9: Jasper - he was my first I bought of these 9 Skye - M Ash - M Daisy - F Sid - M Daffy - F Mist - M Opal - M Missy -F - Missy is my rescue - She is a VERY old budgies with an enormous tumour on her back and one on her leg. She can no longer use this leg and her wing and tail feathers wont grow back long enough to help her to fly much. I saved her from being pecked to death by other budgies in a pet shop and she looks 100% on what she was. She loves being in the car and she sings along to the music. And boy she still gets around! Every time I have introduced a new budgie, or even looked after any for other people; she always takes them under her wing and looks after the, It is so cute to watch them follow her around! And the males protect her too if they think she is being threatened!!
