lol how do i tell if he is diluted?

sometimes if you hand rear it they may not eat in the future or other health issues may occur. i suggest getting a handtame budgie from a breeder as you know its backround and you know ther is someone you can ask questions if you need to close by.well this is jsut whati have learned i could be wrong so if any one says anything against what i said belive them because they are more experienced im just learning.

my little girl bluebell has been loosing or plucking alot of her feathers 4 big black and blue ones and heaps of little fluffy blue ones. you can see where they have been lost or plucked because she is turning white instead of blue. is she just moulting or... thanks hope all goes well

this usually happens around 3-5 as this is usually when i play with her. but other times she is just as bad .

bluebell on the first day we got her would sit on our fingers eagerly. the second day the same. after about a week she would squark and run away from us. only recently she has been keen on biting us but will not get on our fingers! i really want to be able to tame her! is it because she is in breeding condition? well i can get her to go on a stick but then she runs up to my hand and bites me hard! she only starte dbiting ever since we moved her into a bigger cage... i hope you guys might be able to help her be tame!
