Today my beautiful cremino budgie was killed by our rabbit that lived at the bottom of the aviary. She was one of my first budgies. She had a cyst on her bottom and i was thinking of putting her down. I was at school at the time and my mum said it wasn't a pretty site. i named mine melo because of the latin name for budgies melopsittacus undulatus but melo for short. also melo puff because always puffed up or melo yellow because she is yellow.

So what colour cheek patches does a greywing have. Would they be grey?I really thought that this budgie would be a clearbody because the description on a clearbody website is so much like this one

oh okay its just that i was looking at clearbodies and the black fading into grey althiugh not very good shone on this picture means clearbody.\

Hi, My 6 week old baby budgie has a light pinkish bluey cere with bluey white tinges around its nostrils. Wouls it be a girl, Also what type is s/he. Im thinking yellow face 2 as s/he has yellow through s/he wings. S/he has a light green body and where her wings are the colour down the middle is a bluey green. Also s/he wings are very very light grey brown cinnamon? Here is a picture but it isnt very good. thanks

hi there, one of my budgies got attacked just abve the beak a little while ago but was okay. Just today i have noticed that half of her cere is brown and the other half is whitish. It looks like on the whitish side that pus or something is coming out, it also looks blocked. What should i do?

hi there, I have a 5 week old baby budgie at the moment who is flying around all the time and is starting to eat. I was just wondering if anyone knew how i could train it to be able to come outside with me and not flyaway. Is this possible? Also it is 6 weeks old next monday when could i seperate it from mum and dad?
