    most wineries will sell surplus stock,bare in mind it isnt the huge wine barrel but the smaller one (cant remember the name of it).It is a 225Lt barrel.If no vineyards around you try a salvage/second hand dealer. The top of the stand was made from a flag holder and the steal pole is from a salvage yard as well-all 5mil thick so was a dream to weld.All up the cost to build was approx$70. Im Adam By The Way (Laughing out loud)
