I need them for cabinents. I can get them in these sizes. 9,12,19mm any other size I would have to go to another town. Which would be better the 19 or 12 I be in another town tomorrow where I may be able to get 16.

What size should they be between? in mm please. thank you.

dont you mean "width" as "depth" is up and down. would you mean they run across the width of the cage? Also I managed to convert one divided cage back into one. Had to pinch some dow from my very first cage I bought as the ones that came with are only good when you have the divider in place. I have a rack handle I could probably lol chop up and use. So now is this big enough 61x41x36cms LxWxD. If it is good I have 1 down and 4 more to go.

Is 4foot high x 2foot width x 1 foot deep big enough this is with 2 cabinents? is this big enough?

Should the perches be level? Also anybody know of any place that sells breeding cabinents that can delivery?

Yeah I figured they might be a bit small what they lack in lengh they make up in width. There about 3/4 the size of a normal breeding cabinent. I am trying to get some cabinents as I can't do wood work for bongers so I have to buy some from wagga. They have 3 for around 100$. but till then I these that I use will have to do.They are bigger then a cabinent if you take out the divider. You think I should do that and ran the dow from front to left in the cages? I will see if I can find a tape measure. brb 30.5cm long x 41cm width. that is with the divider in place, it would be 61cm long x 41cm width with out it. Should also dows be level with each other as I know in cabinents that I have seen they have been from the front of the cage to the back.

What are the ideally breeding conditions like temperature and lighting? What temp should it be for breeding? I get as much light as you would from this person’s setup in this post http://forums.budgiebreeders.asn.au/index....showtopic=12409 probably even more as my breeding cages are in the laundry. How many hours of light do they need? Also does it matter if the breeding boxes are not 100% level as some of them might be off as much as 0.5cms but not more than that as I use cable ties to attach them? Thanks

LMAOokay thanks mate guess I could just try 1 month to lose bond, then 1 month to rebond to another. if they both fail I switch and keep swtiching till they do the nasty.

When bonding is it 3 weeks you should allow before you try another cock to the hen if they haven't bonded? if it is a bonded hen and cock and your wanting to break the bond is it 3 weeks before they will? Also how much time would\ be needed if the cock and hen are bonded if you wanted to bond to another for breeding? would it be 6 weeks? 3 weeks to break the bond then another 3 weeks to bond again? I think I could get from 20-40$ each for them because of the area I am in. I bought some at the markets last year in sep and they sold like hotcakes he had over 20 of them there and they all sold. I know of 1 breeder in the area and she is always selling out to.

no offence Kaz but I think thats aload of **** about the green factor. that pet shops don't want. I have been to tons of pet shops and see tons of green factors for sale. also at the markets to. maybe its just around your area.

so the mutation is just called gray factor by the way I have some nice sky blues I think they are. just had babies witha green factor.so its a sky blue cross green factor but I don't know what the parents were so who knows what the babies will look like. anonther 1 hatched today. 3 out of 5 hatched well 3 out of 4 really as I droped 1 by mistake.

I mean this grey one I don't know where you think this one is green. But anyway what are the two types in this one mutation that is. Green factor I guess and I dont know the grey one. But I have to of them and there both females I think. The one of the left Green factor I think and what is the one in the middle. Both there tails are like black.

I know how to use this site and its search feature. It don't matter what you search it lists way to many unrelated topics. As for the FAQ that is great. The search in there is better then the one in the forum. I think something needs to be done about the forum search, as you guys don't like people asking questions in the forum that have been answered and people are not going to like to search through pages of unrelated topics only to find that what there looking for isn't there. Or that it is there and it's listed on page 10 of search results. Well I have paired up 5 pairs 8 green and 2 grey. the 2 grays are like females I think, these I just got they are sperated from the rest of my birds at the moment. Got like 150$ worth of vetafarm stuff coming tomorrow. So will start them on that on friday. I got a female green bonded with a make sky blue. Can't wait to see what I get out of them.

I know some of these might have been answered in the forum but the search in this forum is ****. It gives to many results half of which are not even related to what your searching for. How much do you think you could sell a green factor budgie for that hasn't been tamed? How much do you think for a green factor that has been tamed? Maybe not full on training but just some basic stuff like the setup and suited to like not go nuts when you put hand in cage. What age do they usually open there eyes at? Is this when I should start taming them? How many eggs does a budgie hatch usually. I had a pair I got around 1-2years old had 5 but I dropped 1 mistakenly and 4 are left 2 have hatched, rest should hatch within the next 2 days. How long should you wait after the 18 days have gone if the eggs haven't hatched to get rid of them if they don't that is? Should you treat new baby budgies for anything? Does a budgie only bond to the same one and stay bonded? or can you pair it up with another one if you wish. that is one that has already paired up and bonded and you gotten eggs and then wanted to breed it with another will it bond with another still? or will it only then just bond with the one you had it with from now on? Also I got a disposable camera so I can take some decent pictures and post them. Well it will be a couple of weeks anyhow before I can get good ones as long as I don't frick them up.

which one u you refering to as there is 2 different grey ones there, and I can't get any closer as the 640 size on my camera don't zoom and have no idea to zoom in the on the to edit it.
