I'd have to agree with them all.... I won't feed my birds pellets ( yes elly LOL )Speak to Elly about this She feeds hers pellets ( not 100% if she still does or not ) I agree too with listen to them with what they have to say and when it comes to the crunch you will make a choice on what to feed them ... Ask them ofr a list of what is actually in the pellets look at the sizes of them compared to Seeds ... Another member on here was feeding pellet ( but they were actual granules not chunky pellets ) ... Good luck and yes please let us know how it went

Hey sorry to hear what has happened .... ALWAYS GREAT to handle chicks, the more you do it the less fuss they make .... Good to hear that you moved the other male out of the avairy! - If you look at their crop You can see the lump under their chin - this is what is called the crop, it need to have food in it ... Check your babies and see if dad is feeding them ... Also you said that you tried feeding them with a sygringe? do you mean Crop Needle of just a normal syringe to their beak??

Hey All ... So today was Day 1 : Of doing up the Crappy Avairy i bought off EBay Grrrrr!!! *I took down the wire as it was partly rusted and had white stuff all over it ( corrosion Maybe) *I :book: read up on how to treat and etc the areas - But I am not sure what i can use, that will be safe for the birds??? ( Any suggestions ???) I kept bumping my head on the little door way frame ...so that went *The outside of it got a wash down just with water for the time being and the inside got broomed to get the cob webs off and other creepy crawlies .. *I went to place the new wire on - BUT WORNG SIZE!!! :sad: it is too short and not wide enough .... But it was given to meh so I will give it back and buy some new rolls...... okay So i want to make sure that I get the right size is it 10mm x 10mm ?? I am thinking about making one of the side like Dazza's Suspended ( so it looks like a bay window???) I am going to view his page again to see how he did it and then work out if it is going to work with mine The roller door is removed I will be buying hinges to creat an open and close door, But!!!! Will need a safety door I need my thinking cap on for that one .... So basically Day 1 was really not a long day But it is a start!!! P.S I have taken photo's :D and will post them up tonight
