I found him after a while he must've been above the laundry sliding door theres a wood frame for the slider there than he must've jumped onto the screen door eventually I put him back in the cage and changed all their food and water like I do 2 times a day. I think CJ could be a girl since the mother was green and the dad was lutino Dominant and Recessive shes got Ino ''red eyes too'' and developing a white cere.

I woke this morning to go and feed the birds and one of my babies is gone the lutino he's only 6 weeks old, I managed to find the other one that got out I put mickey back but CJ has gone without a trace I've been searching the house for hours no windows were open and doors we're shut I can't find him anywhere i I'm soo upset he's too young to die. I just found him he was on the back screen door but he wasn't there before he must've been on the move since i never saw him Um can someone close this

my birds live in the lounge room where their cages are they go to sleep usually when my mums finished out their usually about 9-12.

mine don't touch fruit they leave the stuff, on the other hand they like green veggies which are generally in strings or are soft like grass,lettuce,cabbage, native leaves etc.

I can verify the green bubs when they're older as for the lutinio chick the parents where lutino cock and green hen so i'll go with what soeone said here and assume that it's a female.

Well I started breeding last year I try to tame them when they're young usually starting around 4-5 weeks no shoulder stuff just hands fingers not too high. They really catch on talk about amazing.

In my experience it takes a few months for adults and a bit longer for youngins

Hello to all you may remember my past topics on chidori and skye breeding and laying eggs well 2 months have past since then and these are the results,3 baby budgies 2 identical to the mother and 1 identical to the yellow lutino father. The Three of them,names left to right as follows-Mike J,CJ''chidori junior and shortey. CJ And Last but certainly the first born.....Mikey!

I don't think a eucalyptus would grow very well from cutting, even if it does regrow roots naturally it'll take years to grow. I have 8 gum trees in the front and back yards but i can't reach there leaves since they're about 15-30 metres high

yes because all fruit produce is either imported or grown from trees and plants that were imported when us migrated, immigrants and convicts came over here. By The Way someone pm me can i feed them just any eucalyptus leaves or do i have to choose a certain species?

So follow budgie lovers just a quick update to let you all know that 3 eggs have hatched,the eldest is a week old the middle one is 5 days and the youngest is 3 days. Both parents are nesting them which is good I have to change their food twice as much now but it's cool. My new budgie tina has been here for about a 11 days she's already checking out her nesting box in her cage. she even runs in there when i open the cage to give them lettuce.

Well Tina is a nice bird but the boys keep running away from her and skye hates her/is now separated,and the 2nd egg hatched. so 2/6 hatched so far. Bub #1 has Grown quite a lot in one day.

Tina's Cere looks like a very light brown with white around the nostrils. Oh and guess what one of Skye's Eggs Hatched today

she has a whitish tan I checked last night, it's going brown like the second picture.
