Sweep got braver yesterday, laid in front of the cage...... but only cos it had brocilli and cucumber on top (Laughing out loud) Will have to sit here with the camera later when I let Buddie out to see if he will do it again. I told him he was lucky .. he only thought that when Buddie went back in and he got the left over veggies

Lusoperequito your bird is stunning as are the other photos you linked too. Buddie seems more green, can't really see blue in him.. He's a happy chappy settled in well and loves his free flying times. Many thanks to you all for your help in his colouring

Thank you everyone on your replies and the warm welcomes I will get his beak checked out, I did wonder on his beak if there was something wrong and forgot to mention it, so pleased your eager eyes spotted it for me. Hi everyone, just joined to day and spent most of it reading all the info.. and wow there is alot. I have had budgies before..... but not one with this colouring, can some one tell me what he is. I tried to take different angles of Buddie, while he was out enjoying some free flying time. Many thanks Pixie
