What Will They Be?
A grey bird is a blue based bird with the grey factor so if your green bird is split to blue you may also have a chance of blue babies too and greys.

Budgie Type?
If he is a cinnamon he would not be a greywing because that would mean he would have grey wings. So he would be a cinnamon spangle. His color is diluted because of the cinnamon gene.

Hen's Partner Passed Away
I am sorry to hear about the loss of your male . I am sure others will come on but if it were me personally I would wait to ensure she is in good health. Do you know why her partner passed? If he was sick she could be sick too and could pass it in to any new bird you put in with her. I would let her rest and make sure again she is not sick herself. Again I am sorry for your loss.

Rescue Bird Needed A Home
What a story he had...hmmm (Laughing out loud). I agree with macka on what he said about the leg ring and such. Lutino girls are more common because they only need 1 ino gene to express the gene. From the pics I can't see the cere very clearly but we do have I believe in the FAQ a way to sex the lutino as the male cere will stay a pink. Congrats .

Possible Stroke In Older Budgie?
No one can say for sure I have read others on here where it wasn't a stroke but a lump internally pushing on the nerve by the let causing this affect too. I think at this time if you chose only an x-ray and an avian vet can determine for sure.

Budgie Sore Leg ?
I agree with Nerwen on if it still bothers her. 4 weeks is a long time and budgies heal fast they have too or they die in the wild. I do suggest finding an avian vet to look her over. What happened with your last bird? Was it very sick when it went to the vet?

Buzby Been Strange Today + Not Eating
Glad to see he is doing well today. As Kaz said maybe it was the fumes they could have affected him birds have very sensitive respiratory systems so if you paint, recarpet or anything they suggest that you move the bird to a completely different part of the house. You didn't mention any dietary changes or new food that you could have given him if so that could have played an affect but if not I believe as Kaz said it could have been the fumes.

How Long Do New Bonds Take To Form?
Hi there I know most of our breeders are sleeping but here is some information on how you can tell if there is a bond. Oh and Norm usually comes on in (my) afternoon (Laughing out loud) so he will probably see and respond since he does have experience too. This is from our FAQ section by Daz Bonds are formed outside the breeding season in the aviaries and once formed they stay together throughout the year. The cock and hen recognise each other visually. There are a number of mate specific behaviours to look for:Mates sit together significantly more often than with non-mates. All males preen more frequently when they are next to their mate. Hens preen more often while sitting next to non-mates. Courtship singing is not a mate specific behaviour, however, the courtship song, is followed by courtship feeding more often when the mate has been addressed in song. Beak touching is the most frequent mate specific behaviour. Begging for food by hens is absolutely mate specific behaviour. Cocks feed their own mate significantly more often than non-mates. The only time that a male is fed by a hen is when he is sick. Hens are inhibited from showing aggression toward a mate. Cocks also show a beak thrust inhibition towards mates. Hens are not inhibited from showing aggressive behaviours toward non-mates. It doesn't really mention how long but when I get a answer from those who are experience I will add to this topic .
