Posted January 25, 200619 yr These are the two aviaries we will have when we move. Around 30 feet long by 12- 15 feet wide and height roughly 7-8 feet tall. Between two avairies is a room for food preparation and storage with doors leading off to each aviary. Currently housing finches and quails in both, we will free up one aviary for the budgies and budgies alone in that one. Previous home owner will assist in settling the existing birds so all are happy. We have around 19 budgies at the moment and will probably stay around that number until more knowledgable in all areas re budgies. The area has water features, wooden wheelbarrow, wagon wheel, irrigation, and lights. We inherit all food, equipment and existing birds (quails and finches) plus a koi pond 12 feet diameter with 20 or so large koi. Looking forward to the move and hope budgies are happy when they get settled too. PS the budgies have more bedroom space than we do !! :budgiedance: Edited March 30, 200718 yr by Kaz

Can we see pics of the house when you move in? Â No worries. Just a 3 X 1 house in Beechboro but the gardens and such are great. All done feng shui style for peace and harmony. :dbb1: Â is this your home now that you purchased? It is beautiful, and the avaries came with it yes? Â Yes we have bought this house recently and move in in March. The orevious owner built these aviaries for his finches and quails and we get his birds too. And all the koi in the fishpond. I think my budgies will be happy. Lots of space and things to sit on and play on.
