Posted May 6, 200619 yr I have really cut down on my spinach usuage due to e-terri's post (not totally however) and was about to pick up some romaine lettuce at the farm market tonight. Remembered that budgiebird recommends bok choy so thought I would give it a try. Well, there was Shanghai Choy (it looked the nicest), Yu Choy, regular Bok Choy and baby Bok Choy. Ended up getting the baby Bok Choy, which is the best?

May 6, 200619 yr I bought the baby variety as I thought it would be more tender for them but the next time they get the regular stuff, like why do they need "tender"? Thanks budgiebird.
