May 4, 200619 yr Sorry to change subject but I am perplexed! Over the last 2 years I have successfully bred 100 budgies.3 female budgies I bought in November for breeding have shown no interest in mating. Now their chocolate brown ceres have turned pale blue. I suspect that this means they are old hens and past breeding age. Can anyone verify this for me?
