are you meaning the eyes? that is normal

I don't think the egg would hatch even if it was fertile, I believe learning that within a 1 or 2 if the hen doesn't sit on it it will not hatch.

I thought either a bad photo and we couldnt see the bruise or it was the eyes. Have pm'ed to help but no answer as yet

Remove the older egg, it's way past it's due date and as lovey said after around the third day if not sat on it would not have devolped.

 

There is a spot on the back of the head, but I'm not sure if that is just a shadow or what.
