l don't have any names picked out yet , also l'm not quite sure , but the baby one might be a female she/he is only about 8 weeks and the other one looks like a few months old .

They are precious :ausb: I can understand why you couldn't help yourself. Try Precious for one of the names :ausb:

Beautiful! How about Sherbert (as in lemon sherbert) for the ino. Or what about primrose for either of them? They're the same colours!

birdluv it looks like you have a nice pair. Can't realy see well but the boys looks healthy. A reccessed Dark Green Pied and a Black Eyed Yellow (clear)

Hmmm... looks like he's got red eyes on my monitor. Are his eyes black or red, Birdluv?

It looks black on mine but I could be wrong... if red he will be a lutino. :ausb:

Can't be a lutino. The flights are white

Well that answers that question. Thanks, budgiebird. I didn't know that was a way of telling. My monitor must be a bit off.

gorgeous...if it is a black eye and it is a female Black Eye "Susan", or Annie for the girl, and the male Sunny (I know not very unique)

ummm Budgiebird...

Lutino lacewing...... with white flights ;)

Isn't a full Lutino...i.e. normal Lutino all yellow no other colour ? We are not talking a derivative here. Just normal Lutino. Aren't they all yellow ?

Well now I'm thoroughly confused! ;) I give up.

That article contradicts itself

i.e. "Primary wing flights and primary tail feathers - to be yellowish white. "

and " crown and wings should be a rich buttercup yellow throughout, and all areas to be clear and free from all markings"

now we are all confused

What I am understand and I wanted to see what you said is that the flights should be a pale yellow but best would be a buttercup yellow for show birds. In fact reading the lacewings are not desired. If this is accurate information. I noticed this site is for sale. Karen would be best to ask and Nerwen will know and Daz we are NOT 2nd guessing you

 I see a hot debate coming up ;) Wake up Daz. No time for sleep. Time to argue a point here

take these last pics and post in mutations then you will know for sure - since he doesn't have red eyes he would be a dark eyed for sure.
