I was told that a budgie wont learn to talk if you have more than 1 in a cage

Is this true, my friend also said that because you have 2 budgies they will never learn to talk as they only talk to each other. True or false :bluebudgie:

It's just alot more likely that they'll learn to talk if they're on their own, it's easier for them to talk budgie so if they're satisfied talking to their budgie friend they'll be less interested in mimicing a person.
