Posted April 21, 200619 yr Finally found my camera and was able to take a few pics ( still can't find my memory card so they're not real baby photos) Max and his baby, Bubbles From the left...Mum( Sherbet), Bubbles and baby Pickle (last hatched) Baby Bianco Baby Pickle Puffed up Bianco....he's a sweetie :ausb: These 3 are going to be joining the flock in the aviary shortly. There was 5 babies altogether the other 2 (a normal green and another "Max look a like" dominant pied) have gone to their new homes, their owners called them Gumnut and Maxine/ Max Jr..How original I've already told them it's going to be Max Jr....they don't believe me : :hap:
April 21, 200619 yr Either you have some hinden genes or someone has been playing around. Max looks like a sky blue spangle and Pickel looks like a dominant pied . But Mum from this distant looks like a lutino.

(BES) She has a tiny hint of very, very light green on her back just before her tail feathers....you can only see it on certain angles.
April 23, 200619 yr I think Sherbert is a dilute green spangle. She looks very similar to mine, and i know what she means by the small patch of light green on back.... And i also think the babies are dilute spangles like her, other than the pied baby Could you get better pics....bigger one, closer to the birds to see better? Kirby
April 23, 200619 yr I can take some photos...have to be quick though, There has been a change of plans, Bubbles and Pickle are going to live in Collie with a good friend of mine. She can't wait...I'm sad but I know she'll take good care of them, she has birds already. Her Cocky "Mork" is gorgeous...he comes out with some naughty language though I hope she doesn't teach them to swear
