looks like it. The beak is all flacky looking too where as before it was smooth. A trip to the vet is in order to be sure it is the mite and for the treatment.

:ausb: I agree, had one budgie with it and his cere looked somewhat like that and his feet were really involved, poor fellow. :bluebudgie:

yep it looks like it. As nerwen said get him to an aviarian vet and while you are wiating give his cere and feet and legs a wipe with some baby oil. The mites hate it and it won't hurt him. :bluebudgie:
