I was thinking about Merlin but if it turns out hen that wouldn't fit, I already have a hen cockatiel with a rather male name

That looks like a male cere to me. Very pretty bird! I'm going to guess that it is a dilute yellowface II opaline, but the experts will confirm that.

 

I think because he is dilute he needs a gentle male name. Merlin would workwell. Something like Butch would not!!!!

Maybe Opal.. just because of his colourings..

Dino wouldn't work, my screen name is my dogs name, as for his mutations I think we came to the conclusion on the genetics forum that he's a grey yellowface type II opaline greywing dilute, we have 3 votes for Merlin, any other names?
