I can imagine that PM.." Pssst Una.. here's what Mig is ____ Don't tell Lovey" (Laughing out loud)

Lovey.. I think you were close with your original answer.. but it didn't account for the yellow..

:ausb: but I thought I did later in my post when I said recessive green/yellow pied :dbb1:

I know what he is too! :dbb1:

:dbb1:

PM Fairy I can get use to that nick name.

Yes Lovey don't think too far from your first guess, which I said before the recessive pied bit was correct. Hurdy as given a big hint with his picture of Fourteen.

As to the spots your right they are from the pid gene.

recessive pied yellow?

it looks Turquoise

Hurdy your bird looks like a Type 2 Recessive Pied (which by the way I want) .so the base of the bird is actually white? but the deep yellow all over the body throws it off looking like a yellow/green?

Bea :budgiedance:: ;)

*shakes head* It amazes me when the thing is staring you right in the face and you still can see it.

it looks Turquoise

and Turquoise with yellow =

:o blue

shakes head with embarassement, hung low

Aww Lovey Do you wish to give up?

One more hint: What is the type of colour and mutation you want?

Guys this is very simply a mutation that many have seen around the boards Lovey has even stated it already. I have two of them (well not the pied bit) Una Little Muchie has almost the right colour.

 I thought you would have gotten it in a few guesses.

NO don't tell me...was it when I told Hurdy..Type 2 Recessive Pied (which by the way I want)- and that is it I meant to say that is what he is too.

okay. so let me make it stated Type 2 Recessive Cobalt Pied (since the blue is blue yes) because he is a white based bird.

If I get this right, I need to go buy one :blush: but first I need to find one here. I haven't seen one in the stores yet...still searching.

that must of been what my sunshine looked when he was little

*faints* YAY we got there

YF type 2 recessive pied. Yes I would say cobalt too,or one dark factor.

YEAH, that is what I meant when Hurdy posted it and I said it but I didn't state it  that is ONE tricky bird because the yellow is SO blended throughout the body. And I didn't state the YF part.

Thanks Nerwen... :excl:
