I bought this cage at a local pet store for a much higher markup (for my meyers), it's labled as being a Prevue-Hendryx but when I looked it up on their website it isn't listed and there's nothing that looks very similar. Do any of you recognize the manufacturer? The dimensions for the cage are 30 by 22 by 42

I contacted Elite-pets and they told me it was onf theirs. What should I do about the pet store? Ask for some money back?

go back in and see their customer service rep. explain you saw the exact same cage for sale by the manufacturers for a much cheaper price and you are unhappy with the price you paid. but then did you check the shipping costs? they usually will make up a large part of the price?

 

they probably wont be able to help you as legally they dont have to. unless the cage hasnt been used and is covered in their returns policy. in which case you could go back for a refund, but check the stores policy on that. phone them and ask.

I think I'm gonna have to let it go because it's too late to return the cage. I think I actually got a better cage for the price. So :hap:: to them, it turns out the bigger one that I got is more like a 350 dollar cage rather than the 250 I paid because they mismarked it. When I first saw it I was pretty upset because I had estimated that the measurements were the same as the cage on the link, but in reality it's much bigger. Lucky Amira. It's just really weird that the wrong brands sticker was attatched to the cage.
