this little bird got out about a week ago and I thought it was gone for good with all the magpies and hawks and butcher birds

the bird returned covered in blood and after a few days started to respond to a little love and care

I took the pictures after the bird was cleaned up as I did not think a bird covered in blood would be suitable for this site

and now it looks up in fear and shivers at the sight of other birds

but on a brighter note seams to be on the mend and will live to fight another day

aww he doesn't seem too bad considering! hope he gets better soon!

and thankyou for not posting a blood covered budgie picture here, that was very sensitive of you. poor little mite must have been through a lot. keep a close eye on her won't ya.
