Ryvita - Is It Safe For Budgies?

Hi all,

 

Jimmi found a Ryvita on my plate when I wasn't looking and promptly tucked in. She loved it.

 

For those who don't know what Ryvita are (not sure if they're only in UK), they're a kind of health-food cracker for people - all wholemeal, wholegrain, no added salt etc. Do you think this will be bad for her if I give it as an occasional treat? I've heard wholemeal bread is alright as a treat, although I've never tried it with mine.

Sounds fine to me!
