The birds love hopping on to the bike wheel

when they fly off and on the can get the wheel really spinning fast

Hi Lin, thats all I did, wait for council clean up and go and get a bike wheel.

Its really simple thing to do, I use clothes peg to peg on some grass or carrot

for each perch on the wheel, it's fun to watch them spin around.
