Where do i start?

Whats the problem?? i've noticed her wings cross over a lot Skys wings cross over a little but the end feathers of the wings of litsus cross over a lot and this my have something to do with it?

okay so if you can tell and explain the poblem to me i will be Happy and also i need a solution can we help her? a expert? a vet? anything!! i'll throw cash on the table in order to get her to fly great again! Thank you

P.S: my budgies are in love... young love they preen each other kiss and give a peck on the cheek... not a peck a peck as in kiss :D

Thank you for making a wonderfull site for our budgies

1. Have you ever taken them to the vet?

2. Has she ever had her wings clipped? If so are they growing back now?

3. Does she have any balance problems when she is on her perch or jumping from perch to perch?

4. How old is she?

okay, so those are my questions for now :D, sorry for asking so many questions but they help.

1. Yes we taken her and the vet said just to keep a eye on her but we didnt recive infomation on what was wrong

2. not from us and i doubt the pet shop ever did it (she used to be a great flyer) She falls of her pech some times at night so i have to go down and help her up

3. she dose not like jumping or being too high yes she dose have balance problems half the time she falls to the bottem is just falling off.

4. i woudnt say over a year we bought her and the pet shop staff said all the budgies were just a fe months old

although i'm not sure Help!

okay, so she is 1 years old and she is having these problems yes? Just want to make sure. Never had her wings clipped. Did you take her to an Avian Vet, that is important they are specialized to treat birds.

My first thought, and hopefully someone else will respond is a neurological issue going on somewhere if she is having balance issues. This could be from an injury from maybe hitting a window, a wall or something that maybe she did when you were not around or didn't notice or maybe she could have a tumor somewhere that could be causing it.

Mmm, it does sound like something to do with a knock to the head. I would ring the vet you saw, and ask for the details of the consultation. That would be the best place to start

I would seek the advice of a different vet, and most definately an avian one.

It sounds like a very serious problem and the sooner it is treated the better.

let us know how it goes.

*Update*

She falls over in the night yesterday it was 4:00 am and she fell but i think theres hope she did not fall at all today and she flew to her food without her head smashing in to the pot she landed beautifully i let sky out today sadley making sure litsu dose not come out for her own good i will get her better she deserves better than this!

she used to be a great flyer she loved it you could see it in her eyes i will get her back off the ground!

have you taken the advice above and made an appointment for another vet? That will be your best bet to help her.

Oh I hope you get to the bottom of the problem soon. good luck!

I would definately check with the vet again. Could it be some kind of metal poisoning? I hope you find the answers and your bird gets better.
