Help, my hen is pregnat and she was flying around when she hit the wall and fell, i picked her up and i could hear cliking souns near the vent, does this mean the egg is broken????

Oh it could very well mean that. It is urgent that you get her to an avian vet.

okay, when i came home there was an egg on the cage bottom, thank god, but it had a small crack in it but i still put iit in the nestbox and shes sitting on it.

Gald to hear that she is okay, is she behaving normally? Keep an eye on the egg a crack means it will not hatch at the moment it is helping her to get into the nesting cycle. When another egg appears if this one is still there (she might have thrown it out herself) remove it. Bacteria will get into that egg and could by contact kill growing babies in the other eggs.
