January 29, 200619 yr I suggest training her with the cage out of sight (after making sure the room is 100% bird-safe). Then again, sometimes people prefer to take it slower and easier and what you're doing sounds fine. No matter what you do, you're going to have to be very patient. As far as closing her eyes and tucking her head back, she's probably read for a nap. They do this when they're sleepy. :ausb: It can also means she's fairly comfortable around you as they normally don't go into such a "vulnerable" position when they think they're in danger. January 30, 200619 yr Pretty loved his cage, it just takes more more. I would take the cage out of the room but then other times just be more persistant and keep going to him and having him step up .

March 16, 200619 yr great job smily! I have heard that some people dont neccessarily take the cage out of the room, but they just put it on the floor, or throw a shirt over it to hide it...(Laughing out loud) Keep up the good work smily! Kirby
