My budgies have laid 7 eggs so far and I was wondering if it is rare for all the eggs to hatch and how many eggs will hatch if I have 7 eggs?

yes and no. You could have all eggs hatch or none. Is this the first clutch? If so you may get 3 to 5 eggs hatch. You may get none. If this is not her first clutch what was the pass % rate? Have you breed her with the same partner? If so what was the success rate of the previous clutches.

 

As you can see, we can't give you a direct answer. But that is what breeding is like.
